Discipleship
Discipleship is at the core of what makes us Christians in the Methodist tradition. We believe that being a Christian is much more than being preoccupied with our eternal destination. While this is important, there is still much to do before we reach eternity. Here at KUMC, we provide multiple opportunities for discipleship. We seek to develop healthy spiritual habits like prayer, personal and group study of scripture, worship, and volunteering our time to show the love of Christ to others.
Currently, KUMC offers ongoing group work related to spiritual disciplines through a hybrid model of online discussion and support, and in-person centering prayer gatherings. For more information about discipleship in the Methodist tradition, clink on the links below.
